Tell us about you and your team network. We approve coaches, organizers, scouts, and travel-baseball content creators within two business days.

Step 02

Share your code

Each affiliate gets a personal referral code. Teams use it during EventConnect registration to unlock perks. We track every team that registers under your code.

Step 03

Get paid

Commissions paid quarterly. The more teams you refer in a season, the higher your per-team commission goes. No caps.

FAQ

Affiliate program questions.

Is this an MLM or pyramid program?

No. It's a flat commission per team referred — no recruiting downstream affiliates, no levels, no buy-in fees. You earn for the teams that register under your personal code.

How and when do I get paid?

Quarterly via direct deposit or check. We pay 30 days after each quarter closes (Apr 30, Jul 31, Oct 31, Jan 31). Affiliates with 11+ referrals can request monthly payouts.

What happens if a team I referred cancels?

Commissions are paid on completed registrations (final payment received). If a team cancels and receives a refund, the commission is reversed. Cancellations after the team plays do not affect commissions.

Can I run paid ads with my affiliate code?

Yes, with two rules: (1) you cannot bid on BPoA-branded keywords (e.g., "Ballparks of America"), and (2) all creative must be approved by our marketing team before going live.

Can I combine affiliate referrals with the Adopt-A-Team program?

Yes — the two programs can stack. Adopt-A-Team is sponsorship of a specific visiting team's registration; the affiliate program rewards bringing teams in the first place. Learn about Adopt-A-Team →
