Players bunk on-campus in residential clubhouse suites. Families book partner hotels in Branson through HousingConnect. Two audiences, one coordinated experience.
Players sleep on-campus in residential clubhouse suites — the kind of all-in housing you'd find at a pro spring-training site, scaled for a youth roster.
Players walk from the suite to the dugout in three minutes. No hotel shuttle. No parents driving. The bus ride to the bigs.

Branson has 200+ hotels and short-term rentals. We've partnered with a curated list — vetted on price, location, breakfast, pool, and proximity to the campus — and book them all through EventConnect's HousingConnect platform.
The 8-room-night minimum. Teams traveling from 75+ miles must book a minimum of 8 room nights per tournament night through HousingConnect. This keeps Branson's hotel partners — who help fund the all-inclusive package — economically supported. Skip the minimum and there's an opt-out fee: $1,200 for weeklong tournaments, $1,000 for 4-day tournaments. Most teams hit the minimum easily; the math works out the moment 4 families book a 2-night stay.
Filter by price, breakfast included, pool, walking distance to the campus.

No. The clubhouse is for the team — players plus coaches in adjacent semi-private rooms. Parents stay at one of our partner hotels, which is also the model that families prefer (privacy, pool, breakfast).
For weeklong summer tournaments: lodging, three meals a day at our on-campus eateries, custom jerseys and hats, opening ceremonies, skills competitions, Home Run Derby, swag bag, and Branson attraction discount coupons.
Saturday for weeklong tournaments. Friday for 4-day tournaments. Specific check-in windows are sent via EventConnect about a week before your tournament.
Teams traveling under 75 miles are exempt from the room-night minimum. The team can still stay in the clubhouse if you've registered for a tournament that includes lodging.
Yes — but those nights don't count toward the 8-night minimum. Most families book through HousingConnect to get the negotiated rate and to count toward the team's minimum.
Yes. 24-hour staffing, key-card access, and coaches sleeping in adjacent rooms. The campus is fully gated.
Each suite is dedicated to one team. We don't combine rosters. If your roster is under 18, the suite is still yours for the full tournament.
