The most efficient front-desk process in youth-tournament travel ball — built for tired families coming off long drives.
Coach checks in the team. Pick up the jersey/hat box, swag bags, suite key cards and parent wristbands.
Players claim lockers and beds. Coaches walk through the suite-rules briefing. AC, flat-screens, showers — everything's already on.
National anthem, founder welcome, week's schedule presentation. Pin trading kicks off immediately after.
Hotel-night minimum. Teams 75+ miles from Branson must book a minimum of 8 room nights through HousingConnect. Penalty for not meeting minimum: $1,200 (weeklong) or $1,000 (4-day). Most teams hit minimum without thinking — but always check.
Final balance. Tournament balance is due April 1 for summer events. Payment plans (Nov 30 / Jan 30 / Apr 1) are auto-charged unless you've requested check-by-mail.
EventConnect login. If you can't remember it — reset before tournament week, not after you've parked at the gate.

Morning skills challenges (HR Derby qualifier, fastest baserunner, accuracy throw). Afternoon: first pool-play games on assigned fields.
Three days of pool-play. Tuesday-night Home Run Derby championship under stadium lights. Bracket seedings finalize Wednesday night.
No games. Most teams head to Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake or White Water. Use your team's discount tickets in the swag bag.
Single elimination. Each game escalates. Semifinals get four-umpire crews. Championship under the lights.
Three meals/day, evening Grand Slam Entertainment access, optional cage time, photographer roaming. Pin trading peaks Tuesday-Wednesday.
Awards, MVP announcements, Sportsmanship Award. Team photos. Drive home stories that last forever.
